I took at 2004 MBZ in for a major service at 60,000 miles. The service included doing a front and rear brake job, flushing the brake fluid, servicing the transfer case, changing the spark plugs, lubing the driveline, and replacing the trans fluid and filter. When I picked up the vehicle, Bill told me the spark plugs didn't need replacing, the drive line can't be lubed, and the transfer case didn't need servicing. I really appreciated Ambassador's integrity in not doing unnecessary work. I would never have known the difference, and they could have made a lot more money. Thanks for demonstrating what it means to have integrity. Ambassador is among the best automotive repair facilities anywhere!
